Covered Systems definition

Covered Systems means Merchant’s systems or point-of- sale devices that are using the TransArmor Data Protection Service.

Covered Systems means components, such as servers, workstations, and devices, within the Anthem Network that are routinely used to collect, process, communicate, and/or store PI and/or PHI.

Covered Systems and “Components” means (i) systems and components as specifically described herein as “included” and that are located inside the confines of the main foundation of the Covered Property, (ii) are in proper working order on the Coverage Period Start Date and (iii) become inoperative due to normal wear and tear. Components shall be considered in proper working order if no defect is known or would have been detectible by a visual inspection or mechanical test on the Coverage Period Start Date.

Examples of Covered Systems in a sentence

• Philips will provide all replacement parts, which may be refurbished, and labor necessary to repair Covered Systems.

• Philips will install operating system software updates provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Covered Systems.

• Commencing on the effective date and subject to the repair limitation below, Philips or Philips’ subcontractors will provide repair services for Covered Systems for material defects.

• Customer will make Covered Systems available in accordance with this schedule.

• If Philips cannot locate a Covered System, or a Covered System was not made available for planned maintenance when scheduled, Philips will notify the Customer that Customer has ninety (90) days to make available such Covered System for planned maintenance, otherwise customer waives right to service and Philips may delete such Covered System from the list of Covered Systems in the Quotation.

More Definitions of Covered Systems

Covered Systems means all computer software, computer hardware, firmware, telecommunications and other information technology systems, and equipment containing microchips, including any third-party manufactured hardware, software or devises, owned, licensed or used by each Transferred Company, if any, in the performance and operation of its business or in connection with the provision of gathering services by a Transferred Company.

Covered Systems means all components, including but not limited to, assets, technology, and software, within the PREMERA NETWORK that are used to collect, process, transmit, and/or store PERSONAL INFORMATION or PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION.

Covered Systems are those Products (a) used by Siemens for their internal support and testing purposes and (b) those systems of Siemens' customers which are covered by the original warranty or for which Siemens has secured a service agreement, and for which Siemens has paid the Basic Fee, in accordance with the payment terms herein, to Castle.

Covered Systems means a specific Imaging System covered by a Service Program.

Covered Systems the Residential plumbing, central home air conditioning, central home heating, interior electrical, external sewer line, and/or external water line system(s) that is/are covered under this Service Agreement; in accordance with the BASE COVERAGE PLAN and OPTIONAL COVERAGE UPGRADE(S) You have purchased, as confirmed on Your Declaration of Coverage.
