COVID-19 Precautions means any and all precautions Bank has taken or may take, at Bank’s sole discretion, related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including, but not limited to, requirements mandated by local, state and federal agencies, rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances and executive orders related to, among other things, social distancing, gatherings and access to buildings, including requiring third parties to use personal protective equipment, requiring third parties to comply with temperature checks and refusing to allow third parties into a branch office if the party appears to display any symptoms related to COVID-19.

The Xxxxxxx Center encourages all Renters to adhere to healthy and safe practices, including but not limited to the following practices often cited by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC): frequent handwashing and sanitization of commonly-used items and spaces, social distancing (i.e., minimum 6 feet apart), and mask-wearing. NOTE: The Renter may not clean with any product that would, in any way, mar or damage the building or its contents (e.g., undiluted bleach, etc.).
