CPI Index Number definition

CPI Index Number means the Index Number compiled and issued by the Australian Bureau of Statistics for the CPI for and in respect of a particular CPI Quarter;
CPI Index Number is defined in Section 6.3, below.
CPI Index Number means the Consumer Price Index (All Groups) for Perth published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. If that index ceases to exist, "CPI Index Number" means the index which replaces it or (if none does) the index which most closely measures changes in the cost of living in Perth, Western Australia as nominated by a senior officer of the Australian Bureau of Statistics. CPI Review Date means each anniversary of the Commencement Date other than each anniversary which is a Market Review Date.

  • CPI will continue to be set to zero in subsequent years until the CPI Index Number has recovered to the CPI Index Number maximum value.

Related to CPI Index Number

  • Base Index Figure means (subject to Condition 4.3(i)) the base index figure as specified in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Limited Indexation Factor means, in respect of a Limited Indexation Month or Limited Indexation Date, as the case may be, the ratio of the Index Figure applicable to that month or date, as the case may be, divided by the Index Figure applicable to the month or date, as the case may be, twelve months prior thereto, provided that (a) if such ratio is greater than the Maximum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Maximum Indexation Factor and (b) if such ratio is less than the Minimum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Minimum Indexation Factor;

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • Case-mix index means an arithmetical index measuring the relative average costliness of outpatient cases treated in a hospital, compared to the statewide average.
