Credit Card Associations means VISA U.S.A., Inc., VISA International Inc. and MasterCard International Incorporated.
Credit Card Associations means Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network, Diners, JCB, and any other organization that issues or sponsors credit cards or signature-based debit cards that are accepted by state departments.

Examples of Credit Card Associations in a sentence

  • A card or device bearing the symbol(s) of one or more EFT Networks or Credit Card Associations, or other evidence of an account, issued under the auspices of a Card Association, which may be used to purchase goods and services from Carrier and to pay the amount due to Carrier by an electronic debit to the Cardholder’s designated deposit account, and which Carrier expressly chooses to accept or accepts through the presentment of a Sales Record to Member for processing.

  • The Credit Card Associations and the EFT Networks and any other card association that may in the future be designated by mutual agreement of Member and Carrier.

  • Additionally, MSP will use the VISA and MasterCard trademarks and service marks only in accordance with the Rules and after prior written approval of NOVA and Member (and the Credit Card Associations, if required).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, however, this Agreement may not be assigned by MSP without the prior written consent of NOVA and Member, and the receipt of all required consents from the Credit Card Associations.

  • In order to further such purpose, Seller and Purchaser each agree that until the Conversion Date it shall execute such documents as are reasonably deemed necessary or convenient by each other to evidence the agreements referred to in, and transactions contemplated by, this Agreement, consistent with the rules and regulations of the Credit Card Associations, EFT Networks and EBT Networks (as applicable) and an orderly transition of the Transferred Assets used in the Merchant Acquiring Business.

Related to Credit Card Associations

  • Card Association means Mastercard, Visa, Interac Association, or any other credit or debit card association or network whose cards are accepted by the Servicers for processing.

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Merchant means any corporate entity, person or other establishment, supplying goods and/or services, which a Card Scheme Member Bank has approved and made arrangements to accept the Card or the Card numbers as a mode of payment or reservation by the Cardholder.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the card;

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • Trade association means an entity recognized by the State in which the entity is doing business as a trade association and shall not include an organization that is formed for the purposes of providing insurance. “Transaction cutoff date” for weekly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday of each week and for monthly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday after the first Sunday of the month.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.

  • Approved Book-Entry System for Commercial Paper means a system maintained by the Custodian or by a subcustodian employed pursuant to Section 2 hereof for the holding of commercial paper in book-entry form but only if the Custodian has received a certified copy of a resolution of the Board approving the participation by the Trust in such system.

  • Cash Management System shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01.
