Credit Policy Manual means the credit and collection policies and practices of the Seller in effect on the Amendment Date relating to Receivables and Related Assets, as modified from time to time to the extent such change would not result in a breach of covenant by the Seller pursuant to Section 5.02(c).

  • Credit Policy means the “New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Credit Policy,” as adopted by the Board of Directors of the I-Bank and as further amended and supplemented from time to time.
