Criminal Breach of Trust as defined in the Penal Code is as follows: “Whoever, being in any manner entrusted with property or with any dominion over property, dishonestly misappropriates or converts to his own use that property, or dishonestly uses or disposes of that property in violation of any direction of law prescribing the mode in which such trust is to be discharged, or of any legal contract, express or implied, which he has made touching the discharge of such trust, or willfully suffers any other person so to do, commits “criminals breach of trust” GENERAL WARRANTIES This Policy is subject to the following Warranties:- Restriction of merchandise Warranty No part of the premises should be used for the manufacture or deposit or storage of merchandise during the Period of Insurance. Premium Warranty Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy. Where the Premium payable pursuant to this warranty is received by Our authorised agent, the payment shall be deemed to be received by Us for the purposes of this warranty and the onus of proving that the Premium payable was received by a person, including an insurance agent, who was not authorised to receive such Premium shall lie on Us.
