Criminal Information definition

Criminal Information means the Criminal Information in United States v. FirstEnergy Corporation, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on July 22, 2021.
Criminal Information means facts, material, photographs, or data reasonably related to the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.
Criminal Information means facts, material, 44-7 photographs, or data reasonably related to the investigation or 44-8 prosecution of criminal activity.

Examples of Criminal Information in a sentence

  • This investigation shall include a National Criminal Information Center report (NCIC), driver’s license reviews, and police check which shall be at the expense of the company.

  • Upon service, the agency making service shall enter the date and time of service and other appropriate information required by the Department of State Police into the Virginia Criminal Information Network and make due return to the court.

  • The department is certified, and audited annually, by the Virginia State Police to maintain its Virginia Criminal Information Network (VCIN) and a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) terminal.

  • The biometric and biographical information, including fingerprints, is shared with Federal, state or local law enforcement agencies and may be used consistent with their authorities, including with the DHS to determine immigration status and criminal history, and with the DOJ to investigate criminal history through the National Criminal Information Center.

  • Upon receipt of the order by the primary law-enforcement agency, the agency shall forthwith verify and enter any modification as necessary to the identifying information and other appropriate information required by the Department of State Police into the Virginia Criminal Information Network established and maintained by the Department pursuant to Chapter 2 (§ 52-12 et seq.) of Title 52 and the order shall be served forthwith upon the respondent and due return made to the court.

  • GSA uses the Contractor Information Worksheet; GSA Form 850, and digitally captured fingerprints to conduct a FBI National Criminal Information Check (NCIC) for each contractor’s physical access determination to GSA-controlled facilities and/or logical access to GSA- controlled information systems.

  • The background check queries a number of sources, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Washington Area Law Enforcement System, the National Criminal Information Center, and the D.C. Superior Court.

  • If the Court rejects this Agreement and Defendant withdraws its plea, then the Statement of Facts, Criminal Information, Plea Agreement, and all other statements made during a proceeding under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11, or during plea discussions, will not be admissible against Defendant.

  • Upon such a filing, the clerk shall forthwith forward an attested copy of the order to the primary law-enforcement agency responsible for service and entry of protective orders which shall, upon receipt, enter the name of the person subject to the order and other appropriate information required by the Department of State Police into the Virginia Criminal Information Network established and maintained by the Department pursuant to Chapter 2 (§ 52-12 et seq.) of Title 52.

  • Once awarded, the contracts will be the final expression of the agreement between the parties and may not be altered, changed or amended except by mutual agreement, in writing.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.
