Crisis Event means any:

Examples of Crisis Event in a sentence

  • Written proof of positive diagnosis of a Crisis Event must be provided to Us at Our head office in the case of claim within 90 days after the date of such diagnosis.

  • That retained portion can then (on Your request) be reinstated to cover:• all Coronary Crisis Events,• all Other Serious Crisis Events (excluding Loss of Independence and Terminal Illness), and• a second Cancer Crisis Event related to or caused by the same medical condition where a partial payment will be payable in respect of the second Cancer Crisis Event.

  • Once the Crisis Recovery benefit has been reinstated we will not pay for a Crisis Event that is related to, or caused by, the medical condition resulting in the original claim under the Crisis Recovery benefit other than for a second Heart Attack or second Cancer Crisis Event.

  • Where the Crisis Recovery Sum Insured has been reinstated following the full payment of a Cancer Crisis Event We will reinstate the Sum Insured covering;• all Coronary Crisis Events,• all Other Serious Crisis Events (excluding Loss of Independence and Terminal Illness), and• a second Cancer Crisis Event related to or caused by the same medical condition where a partial payment will be payable in respect of the second Cancer Crisis Event.

  • The Crisis Recovery Sum Insured at all times may not exceed the Life Cover Sum Insured.After a Crisis Recovery benefit has been reinstated, We will pay a partial benefit for a second Cancer or Heart Attack Crisis Event which occurs after the reinstatement of the benefit.

Crisis Event means a “catastrophic event” or offense in the “coverage territory” that in the good faith opinion of a “key executive leader” of the “named insured”, in the absence of “crisis event protection services”, has or may result in:
Crisis Event means an actual or threatened event or related series of events that has a harmful effect on a NMPSIA member’s staff, students, or reputation, including acts of an armed person or persons at a member’s location or during an activity organized by the member.
Crisis Event means an event that, in the absence of Crisis Management Services and in the good faith opinion of an Executive of the Named Insured, has resulted in or may result in: (1) Loss for which coverage would be provided under this Coverage Section; and (2) Significant adverse media coverage for the Company.
Crisis Event means any circumstance which is not otherwise a Force Majeure Event and in which it is reasonably determined by Viterra that there is at a Viterra Facility an immediate risk or potential threat to the health or safety of or damage to:
Crisis Event means the occurrence of a crisis at a Viterra Facility that is outside of Viterra’s reasonable control and is not otherwise a Force Majeure Event and may include, but is not limited to, a fatality, recall or evacuation. Damaged Grain means Grain that has been damaged to such an extent that it can no longer be classified by any Receival (Classification) Standards and is only of salvage value or suitable for disposal.
