Crisis Safety Plan definition

Crisis Safety Plan means an individualized plan prepared for a Child at high risk of experiencing a Behavioral Health Crisis.
Crisis Safety Plan means and individualized plan prepared for a Covered Person between the age of zero (0) up to, but not including, the age of twenty-one (21) at high risk of experiencing a Crisis.
