Criteria Architect definition

Criteria Architect means the architectural firm engaged as an agent by the Judicial Council to prepare the Performance Criteria documents, and to review the design documents to ensure compliance with the Performance Criteria documents. The Criteria Architect’s team may include additional consultants (“Criteria Team”) to aid in development of Performance Criteria documents and review of the design documents for adherence to the Performance Criteria documents.
Criteria Architect. The Criteria Architect is the person or entity retained by the District and identified as such in the Contract. References to the “Criteria Architect” in the Contract Documents shall mean the Criteria Architect or the Criteria Architect’s authorized representative.   • Criteria Architect shall retain these books, records, and systems of account during the Term of this Agreement and for three (3) years thereafter.
