Criteria for Appointment and Performance definition

Criteria for Appointment and Performance means the criteria and requirements for appointment as a reseller of the Software Products under the Partner Program, as set forth in the Program Guide.

  • Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula: Index Performance =Final Index Level × 100% Initial Index Level

  • Substantial Performance means the stage of completion when:(a) all Work, as certified by the Contract Administrator, is capable of completion or correction at a cost of not more than:

  • Baggage and Personal Effects means luggage, personal possessions and travel documents taken by You on Your Trip.

  • Aging and People with Disabilities (APD means the program area of Aging and People with Disabilities, within the Department of Human Services.

  • Perfection Representations means the representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Restricted Appointment means (a) any Appointment for which the applicable Authorizations have not been obtained, and (b) any Appointment for which the maturity date of the applicable Corporate Trust Contract is on or before June 30, 2022.

  • Total and Permanent Disability means that the Optionee is unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or which has lasted, or can be expected to last, for a continuous period of not less than one year.

  • Serviced Appointment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Appointment means the appointment of any Seller to act in a Corporate Trust Capacity under any of the Corporate Trust Contracts of the Business.

  • Succeeded Appointment means any Appointment for which a Succession Time has occurred.

  • General power of appointment means a power of appointment exercisable in favor of the powerholder, the powerholder's estate, a creditor of the powerholder, or a creditor of the powerholder's estate.
