Criteria for quality definition

Criteria for quality means continuing education provider shall show evidence of adherence to the criteria adopted by the American council on pharmaceutical education as indicative of the ability to provide continuing pharmaceutical education activities; areas include: administrative and organization; budget and resources; teaching staff; educational content management of activity; method of delivery; facilities; evaluation mechanism.

  • Water quality means the chemical, physical and biological condition of water.

  • Criteria means one of the eight (8) state defined categories to be scored.

  • Water quality standards or "WQS" means provisions of state or federal law that consist of a designated use or uses for the waters of the Commonwealth and water quality criteria for such waters based on such uses.   • Water quality volume means the volume equal to the first one-half inch of runoff multiplied by the impervious surface of the land development project.
