More Definitions of Critical deliverables

Critical deliverables means those deliverables performed on a one-time basis under the Agreement that are identified on ATTACHMENT SLA-1. Critical Deliverables are not Critical Services.
Critical deliverables means those milestone activities and deliverables identified in the applicable Supplement that have associated Deliverable Credits payable to Kraft in the event Supplier fails to deliver such deliverables in accordance with the applicable Supplement.
