Crown Agents definition

Crown Agents means Crown Agents Limited and/or any subsidiary or affiliate of Crown Agents in each and every case acting as an agent or agents, as the case may be, for and on behalf of the Principal.
Crown Agents means the Crown Agents for Oversea Governments and Administrations;
Crown Agents means the persons or body for the time being acting as Crown Agents for Oversea Governments and Administrations;

  • If for any reason, an End-User is prevented from enforcing the Contract in the manner envisaged by this clause, Crown Agents shall have the right, but not the obligation, to enforce the relevant terms and conditions of the Contract against the Supplier.

  • No variation of the Conditions shall be effective unless expressly agreed in writing by Crown Agents and the Supplier.
