Crude Agreement definition

Crude Agreement means the Third Amended and Restated Crude Pipelines and Tankage Agreement, dated as of March 12, 2015, by and among HFRM, HEP Operating and certain other Affiliates of HFRM and HEP Operating.
Crude Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Crude Pipelines and Tankage Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among HFRM, HEP Operating and certain other Affiliates of HFRM and HEP Operating, as the same may be amended from time-to-time.
Crude Agreement means a crude supply agreement between Barclays and a Crude Supplier pursuant to which Barclays may purchase Crude Oil from the Crude Supplier from time to time during the term of such agreement.

  • TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights in Annex 1C to the WTO Agreement;

  • Service Agreement means the initial agreement and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by the Transmission Customer and the Transmission Provider for service under the Tariff.
