Cumulative gross receipts definition

Cumulative gross receipts means gross receipts as defined in K.S.A. 79-3602, and amendments thereto, and includes the gross receipts received by the marketplace facilitator from its own direct sales combined with the gross receipts received from sales it facilitates for sellers or marketplace sellers.

Cumulative gross receipts means, as of the last day of any month, the cumulative amount of Gross Receipts from September 1, 2002 through and including the last day of such month.
