Current Products definition

Current Products refers to the products and services that Consultant or any personnel under his or her supervision were authorized to market or sell on behalf of Company during the six (6) months preceding termination of Consultant's employment.

Current Products refers to the products and services that Employee or any personnel under his or her supervision were authorized to market or sell on behalf of Company during the period of two (2) years preceding termination of Employee's employment; and "Restricted Territory" refers to the continental United States of America, it being acknowledged that the scope of Company's business and Employee's managerial responsibilities are of that scope.

Current Products has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(g) of thef Novated and Restated Technology License Agreement.

Examples of Current Products in a sentence

• Seller shall invoice Buyer within 60 days after each shipment of such Current Product for the applicable Have Made Costs for the Current Products included in such shipment.

• Within sixty days after the end of each calendar quarter, Seller shall, if applicable, provide Buyer with reasonable detail and documentation backup to support the calculation of and bases for Have Made Costs with respect to Current Products shipped in such quarter.

• Collabware will provide support services to Customer Contact(s) only during normal business hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Collabware recognized holidays.o Support and Maintenance on Current Products Only.

• Access Royalties payable are as follows:  $300 CDN per licence term (BSB raster charts, S-57 vector charts, Tide and Current Products and/or Data, Sailing Directions Products and/or Data);  Multibeam Data and/or Products: an access royalty as set out in the Multibeam Royalty Matrix listed on xxx.xxxxxx.xx.xx, as amended from time to time;  CHS Source Hydrographic/Field data: an access royalty of $75 CDN per sheet per licence term; plus any applicable shipping, handling and taxes.

• To the best knowledge of Seller as of the Effective Date, except pursuant to licenses obtained by Purchaser, none of the products or processes using the Intellectual Property Rights as used in the Current Products infringes on the proprietary rights of any third party, no product (or component thereof) or process used by, sold or manufactured for, or supplied to, Seller or Purchaser infringes or otherwise violates the proprietary rights of any other Person.

Current Products means the Purchaser's FreeStyle ---------------- products and continuous glucose monitoring system under development (as embodied in the current prototype of such system).

Current Products means: 1) those oral care products using the Corium Technology that are currently marketed by [*], the names and ingredients of which are described in attached Exhibit B, or 2) any enhancements or Improvements to such currently marketed Current [*] Products incorporating the Corium Technology which Corium is contractually required to make for [*] for which Corium has begun development work on or before the Effective Date of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the following are specifically excluded from the Current [*] Products: 1) the Corium Patents, and the Technology described therein, listed in Exhibit C; 2) the Generation IV Products generally described in attached Exhibit D; and 3) and the Generation V Products generally described in the attached Exhibit E.

Current Products means Products that are among the authorized Products designated in Exhibit A-1 of the Licensed Dealer Agreements in effect as of the date of the Sale Notice and contained in the original, factory-sealed packaging and (ii) the term "Non-Current Products" means Products means Products that bear a Bang & Olufsen serial number, other than Current Products.

Current Products means all products sold or marketed or proposed to be sold or marketed by the Acquired Business as of the Effective Date including but not limited to the products listed on Appendix C attached hereto. For avoidance of doubt, the Current Products shall include all products in the Product Roadmap.

Current Products means (i) any products of ILLUMINA’s (or an ILLUMINA AFFILIATE’s) product line commercialized by ILLUMINA or by an ILLUMINA AFFILIATE as of the Effective Date, (ii) any products resulting from ILLUMINA’s (or from an ILLUMINA AFFILIATE’s) research and development efforts, as of the Effective Date, publicly announced or documented in ILLUMINA’s (or in an ILLUMINA AFFILIATE’s) formal product development process, and (iii) all EVOLUTIONARY IMPROVEMENTS to products of categories (i) and (ii).

Current Products means the products in the Inventory that, at the time the Annualized Inventory Turns are being calculated, are being offered to Customers and shall exclude Promotional Products (as defined herein).

Current Products has the meaning specified in Section 11.01(b)(i).
