Current SEC Reports definition

Current SEC Reports means the most recent report on Form 10-K, or any successor form, and any amendments thereto filed by the Parent Borrower with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) and any reports on Forms 10-Q and/or 8-K, or any successor forms, and any amendments thereto, filed by the Parent Borrower with the Commission after the date of such report on Form 10-K.
Current SEC Reports means (a) the Annual Report of the Borrower to the SEC on Form 10K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 and (b) any current reports of the Borrower to the SEC on Form 8K filed prior to the Effective Date.
Current SEC Reports means the most recent report on Form 10-K, or any successor form, and any amendments thereto filed by the Parent Borrower with the SEC and any reports on Forms 10-Q and/or 8-K, or any successor forms, and any amendments thereto, filed by the Parent Borrower with the SEC after the date of such report on Form 10-K.

Examples of Current SEC Reports in a sentence

  • Except as specifically disclosed in the Current SEC Reports, Parent does not own, and will not own immediately prior to the Effective Time, any assets of any kind or nature (including, without limitation, tangible and intangible, personal and real property) other than cash and cash equivalents.
