Custodian Loan Transmission definition

Custodian Loan Transmission shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.
Custodian Loan Transmission means in the case of each Timeshare Loan, a weekly (or as needed) transmission containing the following information to be delivered electronically by the Custodian to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Custodial Agreement: the Obligor’s name, codes indicating Material Exceptions, if any, written descriptions of such Material Exceptions, the Resort code, the Servicer Identification number, the property address of the Obligor, the original loan amount and the interest rate for the Timeshare Loan. The Custodian shall incorporate all current data provided by any Performance Guarantor to the Custodian into the Custodian Loan Transmission.
Custodian Loan Transmission means in the case of each Loan, a computer-readable transmission containing the following information to be delivered by the Custodian to the Lender pursuant to this Custodial Agreement: the Loan number, mortgagor’s name, codes

Examples of Custodian Loan Transmission in a sentence

  • In accordance with the times specified in the Custodial Agreement, Custodian will be required to deliver to Buyer, via Electronic Transmission acceptable to Buyer, Custodian Loan Transmission and an Exception Report showing the status of all Loans then held by Custodian, including but not limited to the Loans that are subject to Exceptions, and the time the related Loan Documents have been released pursuant to Sections 5(a) or 5(b) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • In accordance with the times specified in the Custodial Agreement, Custodian will be required to deliver to Buyer, via Electronic Transmission acceptable to Buyer, Custodian Loan Transmission and an Exception Report showing the status of all Loans then held by Custodian, including but not limited to the Dry Loans and the Wet Loans which are subject to Exceptions, and the time the related Loan Documents have been released pursuant to Sections 5(a) or 5(b) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • On each Advance Date or other date on which there is a change in the Mortgage Loans held by the Custodian, the Custodian shall deliver to the Lender and the Borrower the Custodian Loan Transmission.

  • The Custodian shall deliver each original Trust Receipt and Custodian Loan Transmission to XX Xxxxxx Xxxxx Bank at Four New York Plaza, Ground Floor, Outsourcing Department, New York, New York 10004, Attention: Xxxxxxxx Xxxx for the account of Greenwich Capital Financial Products, Inc.

  • Such list shall be in the form of a Custodian Loan Transmission and an Exception Report.

  • Upon request of Lender, Custodian shall deliver a cumulative Trust Receipt (appropriately identified by Custodian as a cumulative Trust Receipt in the form of Annex 2), together with a Custodian Loan Transmission and Exception Report for all Loans, to the Lender which shall supersede and cancel all Trust Receipts previously delivered by the Custodian to the Lender hereunder (a “Cumulative Trust Receipt”).

  • Local Loop Transmission “Unbundled Local Loop”, “Loop” means the transmission path which extends from the Network Interface Device or demarcation point at an End User’s premise to the Main Distribution Frame or other designated frame or panel in the SBC-AMERITECH Serving Wire Center.

  • Merchant Transmission Provider means an Interconnection Customer that (1) owns, controls, or controls the rights to use the transmission capability of, Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connect the Transmission System with another control area, (2) has elected to receive Transmission Injection Rights and Transmission Withdrawal Rights associated with such facility pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, section 36, and (3) makes (or will make) the transmission capability of such facilities available for use by third parties under terms and conditions approved by the Commission and stated in the Tariff, consistent with Tariff, Part IV, section 38.

  • Transmission Loading Relief means NERC’s procedures for preventing operating security limit violations, as implemented by PJM as the security coordinator responsible for maintaining transmission security for the PJM Region.

  • Transmission Provider means any entity or entities transmitting or transporting the Product on behalf of Seller or Buyer to or from the Delivery Point.

  • retransmission means the transmission for the reception by the public by any means of a programme-carrying signal by any other third party than the original broadcasting organization or someone acting on its behalf, whether simultaneous, near-simultaneous [or deferred].

  • Transmission links are the means used for inter-connecting distributed units for the purpose of conveying signals, operating data or an energy supply. This equipment is generally electrical but may, in some part, be mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Money transmission means any of the following:

  • Electronic Facility means without limitation, website addresses and conference call systems, and any device, system, procedure, method or other facility whatsoever providing an electronic means of venue for a general meeting of the Company.

  • Interconnected Transmission Owner means the Transmission Owner to whose transmission facilities or distribution facilities Customer Interconnection Facilities are, or as the case may be, a Customer Facility is, being directly connected. When used in an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, the term may refer to a Transmission Owner whose facilities must be upgraded pursuant to the Facilities Study, but whose facilities are not directly interconnected with those of the Interconnection Customer.

  • Transmission Facility means a facility for transmitting electricity, and includes any structures, equipment or other facilities used for that purpose as defined in the Parties respective XXXXx.

  • Transmission line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltages at or in excess of either 69,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 40,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • CTU or Central Transmission Utility means the Central Transmission Utility as defined in sub-section (10) of Section 2 of the Electricity Act 2003;

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Surplus Interconnection Request means a request submitted by a Surplus Interconnection Customer, pursuant to Tariff, Attachment RR, to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Request is not a New Service Request.

  • Electronic File Transfer means any system or process that utilizes an electronic format and protocol to send or receive data files.

  • Central Transmission Utility means the Government Company notified by the Central Government under Sub-Section (1) of Section 38 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.
