Custom Documentation definition

Custom Documentation means Documentation identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract and such other Documentation as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Documentation.
Custom Documentation means all Documentation developed or produced by Contractor or its Subcontractors as a work product of this Agreement, whether developed or produced for use by Contractor or its Subcontractors under this Agreement or for use by Ministry or others;
Custom Documentation means any documentation that describes or references any Gap specific activity, process, procedure, or configuration for either software or hardware.
