Program Documents definition

Program Documents or “Loan Documents” means the MMRB Loan Commitment, MMRB Loan Agreement, Note, Mortgage, Credit Enhancement, MMRB Land Use Restriction Agreement, trust indenture, preliminary and final official statements, intercreditor agreement, assignments, bond purchase agreement, compliance monitoring agreement, mortgage servicing agreement and such other ordinary and customary documents necessary to issue and secure repayment of the Bonds and the MMRB Loan sufficient to protect the interests of the Bond owners and the Corporation.
Program Documents means this Agreement, the Custodial Agreement, any Servicing Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, any Instruction Letter, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Joint Securities Account Control Agreement, the Joint Account Control Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, the Collection Account Control Agreement, and any other agreement entered into by the Seller, on the one hand, and Buyer and/or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries (or Custodian on its behalf) on the other, in connection herewith or therewith.
