After such operations have been completed, laytime or time on demurrage will recommence six (6) hours after NOR is tendered at the Customary Anchorage for cargo handling of the balance of the Cargo at the Terminal, or when the Vessel is All Fast to the dock there, whichever is earlier.
If the Vessel is ordered to anchor, fleet or otherwise await berthing instructions, an NOR shall only be considered valid from the time such Vessel is anchored at the Customary Anchorage, fleet or layberth, and in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
