Customer Sales Order definition

Customer Sales Order means the Service Agreement and/or Sales Order detailing the agreed Services to be provided by Service Provider to the Customer pursuant to the terms of this Master Services Agreement and any applicable supplemental terms set out in Schedules 2-5 hereto;
Customer Sales Order means the Company’s standard Sales Order contract, in the form of Exhibit H.

Examples of Customer Sales Order in a sentence

  • Where the Minimum period of Service is not expressly stated on the Customer Sales Order, the Minimum Period of Service will be a period of (12) twelve months.

  • The buyout price would be the purchase price listed on the Customer Sales Order less a credit for the Net Lease Value.
