The terms of the specific TIPS order, including but not limited to: shipping, freight, insurance, delivery, fees, bonding, cost, delivery expectations and location, returns, refunds, terms, conditions, cancellations, order assistance, etc., shall be controlled by the purchase agreement (Purchase Order, Contract, Invoice, etc.) (hereinafter “Supplemental Agreement”) entered into between the TIPS Member Customer and Vendor only.
The County does not accept substitutions of services or goods that do not comply with the Scope of Work or Specifications set forth in the Purchase Order, Contract or Agreement, unless mutually agreed in writing by both parties.

DURATION - The term of this Job Order Contract is one year, except that the terms of this Agreement shall continue to cover Job Orders issued during that year until the Work thereunder has been completed.
