Customer Service Inspection Certification definition

Customer Service Inspection Certification means the inspection and subsequent certification required to be provided to the District in the instances and in the manner set forth in this Order, and which shall be evidenced by the completion of a form in the form attached to this Order as Exhibit "A".

  • The District's Operator shall perform the inspection and complete the Customer Service Inspection Certification required by Article III of the Rules and Regulation.
