Customer Supplier definition

Customer Supplier means a supplier from which Customer purchases goods or services for its own account, where Documents related to those purchases are routed through the Ariba Network as to such supplier’s relationship with Customer; provided that any such supplier shall only be considered a Customer Supplier for so long as it remains in “Good Standing” on the Ariba Network (meaning that it has registered on the Ariba Network, completed its Ariba Network profile, and accepted terms of use for Ariba Network) and agrees to participate as a Customer Supplier.
