Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

If the Distributor or Retailer discovers any interference or damage to the other party's equipment, the Customer’s Installation, or evidence of theft of electricity, loss of electricity or interference with the Network, the discovering party will notify the affected party as soon as it is practicable to do so.
If the Retailer’s Equipment or the Customer’s Installation is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Distributor or the Distributor’s employees, agents, or invitees, then the Distributor must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Retailer or the Customer (as the case may be).
More Definitions of Customer’s Installation
Customer’s Installation means any structures, equipment, lines, appliances or devices (not being the Company’s Equipment) used, or to be used, at the Premises (whether or not owned or used by the Customer);
