Customer’s Installation definition

Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

Examples of Customer’s Installation in a sentence

  • If the Distributor or Retailer discovers any interference or damage to the other party's equipment, the Customer’s Installation, or evidence of theft of electricity, loss of electricity or interference with the Network, the discovering party will notify the affected party as soon as it is practicable to do so.

  • If the Retailer’s Equipment or the Customer’s Installation is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Distributor or the Distributor’s employees, agents, or invitees, then the Distributor must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Retailer or the Customer (as the case may be).


More Definitions of Customer’s Installation

Customer’s Installation means any structures, equipment, lines, appliances or devices (not being the Company’s Equipment) used, or to be used, at the Premises (whether or not owned or used by the Customer);
Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation owned and/or used by the Customer and includes Distributed Generation if Distributed Generation is connected to the Electrical Installation;

Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:the land within the boundary within which the electricity is consumed; the whole of the property, if the property is occupied wholly or partially by tenants or licensees of the owner or occupier; and the whole of the property that has been subdivided under the Unit Titles Act 1972; "Data Team" means persons who are permitted to access Customer Information.
Customer’s Installation. Means all electrical lines and apparatus not being part of the Distribution System used or to be used by a person and connection or to be connected to the Distribution System. Dead Means at or about zero voltage and disconnected from any electrically charged system.
