Customized Products means any products or services containing, derived from, or developed by or on behalf of Licensee, its licensors and their permitted direct or indirect sub-licensees based on, any HMH Products, including but not limited to HMH ELL Other Products Derivative Works and the material listed in Exhibit A-4, attached hereto, under the heading “Customized Products”.

Examples of Customized Products in a sentence
