Cut Off Timings definition

Cut Off Timings means day time for dealing in Units of the Fund. The Details of Cut-off Time will be prescribed in Offering Document of the Fund.
Cut Off Timings means day time for dealing in Units of the Scheme. The Details of Cut- off Time are prescribed in Annexure A of this Offering Document of the Scheme.

Examples of Cut Off Timings in a sentence

  • The Redemption Price so determined shall apply to redemption request, complete in all respects received by the Distributor during the Cut- Off Timings (as announced by the Management Company from time to time), on that Business Day.
