Cyber Extortion Costs definition

Cyber Extortion Costs means the reimbursement of reasonable fees, costs and expenses incurred by the Insured, or paid on the Insured’s behalf, with the prior written consent of the Insurer, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, to terminate or mitigate any credible threat of a Business Interruption Event, Data Liability Event or Network Security Event resulting from an actual or attempted extortion by a third party.
Cyber Extortion Costs means Your payment of money with Our prior written consent that directly results from a Cyber Extortion Threat, including Your payment of money to a person or persons reasonably believed to be responsible for a Cyber Extortion Threat for the purpose of terminating that Cyber Extortion Threat.
Cyber Extortion Costs means the reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Named Insured, with the Company’s prior written consent, to respond to a Cyber Extortion Threat, including Crisis Management Costs or costs of a third party security consultant to prevent or terminate the threat. Cyber Extortion Costs do not include salaries, wages, fees, compensation, overhead or benefit expenses accruing to any Insured.

Examples of Cyber Extortion Costs in a sentence

  • Cyber Extortion Costs shall not include a ransom or extortion payment Data Liability Event means: 1 the loss or suspected loss of any third party non-public data or information for which the Insured is legally responsible on a Computer System; and 2 the breach of any Privacy Legislation worldwide by the Insured or someone for whom the Insured is legally responsible.

  • The Insurer will reimburse, or pay on behalf of, the Insured for Cyber Extortion Costs, resulting from a Cyber Extortion Threat that is Discovered during the Policy Period.

  • Limit of Insurance:If purchased, the “Cyber Extortion Threat Each Event Limit of Insurance” amount stated in Item 3.F.1. of the Declarations shall be the Company’s maximum Limit of Insurance for all Cyber Extortion Loss and Cyber Extortion Costs, combined, resulting from each Event or Related Events first taking place during the Policy Period, for which this Policy provides coverage under Insuring Agreement F.

  • Data Breach Team Expenses, Cyber Extortion Costs, and Digital Property Replacement resulting from a single Claim shall be deemed, respectively, Claims Expense, Data Breach Expense, Cyber Extortion Cost or Digital Property Replacement and shall be part of and not in addition to the applicable Aggregate Limits of Liability stated in the Declarations, and shall reduce such Aggregate Limits of Liability.

  • We are entitled to pay Damages, Claims Expenses, Data Breach Team Expenses, Cyber Extortion Costs, and Digital Property Replacement as they become due and payable by You, without consideration of other future payment obligations.

  • COVERAGECoverage provided under this Policy is for Damages, Claims Expenses, Data Breach Team Expenses, Cyber Extortion Costs, and Digital Property Replacement on account of any Claim taking place, brought or maintained anywhere in the world subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

  • The Each Claim Limit of Liability stated in the Declarations is Our maximum liability for the sum of all Damages, all Claims Expenses, all Data Breach Team Expenses, all Cyber Extortion Costs and all Digital Property Replacement because of each Claim, including each Claim alleging any Interrelated Act, first made and reported during the Policy Period.

  • RETENTION Our liability shall apply only to that part of Damages, Claims Expenses, Data Breach Team Expenses, Cyber Extortion Costs and Digital Property Replacement which are in excess of the applicable Retention amount shown in the Declarations.

Related to Cyber Extortion Costs

  • Transaction Costs means the costs incurred or estimated by the Management Company to cover the costs (such as, but not restricted to, brokerage, Trustee charges, taxes or levies on transactions, etc.) related to the investing or disinvesting activity of the Trust’s portfolio, inter alia, necessitated by creation or cancellation of Units, which costs may be added to the NAV for determining the Offer Price of Units or to be deducted from the NAV in determining the Redemption Price.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Transportation Costs means a component of the Charges, comprising those charges payable to the TNO and/or DNO for the use of their networks as applicable from time to time under the Industry Agreements including those charges more specifically referred to as “DUoS” and “TNUoS” and specified as “Included in the Unit Rate”, “Fixed” or “Pass-Through” in the Quotation Document or as otherwise notified to you as payable during the Supply Contract from time to time;

The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.
