Daylight Saving Time. The Hospital shall continue its policy regarding Hours of Work regarding daylight savings time as it was in effect on the date of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Daylight Saving Time

Daylight Saving Time means the months when the clocks are moved forward by one hour.
Daylight Saving Time means that portion of the calendar year which begins on the second Sunday in March, pursuant to the federal Uniform Time Act of 1966, 15 U.S.C. Chapter 6, Subchapter IX, as amended; provided, however, that any congressional change in the duration of this period shall be automatically incorporated into this definition.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Exercise Time means 5.00 p.m. (local time in Frankfurt am Main, Germany);

Except for the time it takes to send and receive the transaction between Qwest's and CLEC's OSS application, the processing time for Qwest's representatives should be the same as the processing time for CLEC's representatives. It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Operational Date means the date on which a union school district

  • Referral Date has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).
