Daily Information Package definition

Daily Information Package means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit F-3.
Daily Information Package means a report, in substantially the form of a Weekly Information Package, with appropriate modifications to be mutually agreed upon by the Servicer and the Administrator, furnished to the Administrator pursuant to the Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.
