Daily Site. Sign-in Sheets: Maintain daily Site sign-in sheets, and require that Subcontractors maintain daily Site sign-in sheets for its employees, which include blank spaces for an employee’s name to be both printed and signed, job title, date started and Social Security number, the time the employee began Work and the time the employee left work, until Final Acceptance of the supplies, materials, equipment, or work, labor, or services to be furnished or rendered under this Contract unless exception is granted by the Comptroller upon application by NYCDOT. In the alternative, subject to the approval of the CCPO, the Contractor and Subcontractor may maintain an electronic or biometric sign- in system, which provides the information required by this Article 69.6.2; and
