Data Governance Council definition

Data Governance Council means the decision-making body, consisting of Employees of Data Trust Members that are state agencies selected by the Executive Data Board, which ensures that the development and deployment of the data trust adheres to the data, technical, and acceptable use specifications outlined in exhibits attached hereto, in addition to managing, monitoring, and sustaining the data trust.
Data Governance Council or “Council” means the committee established by the Board and given responsibilities for the Board’s data governance program.
Data Governance Council or “Council” means the committee established by the Board and given responsibility for data stewardship, data quality, data privacy and security, financial sustainability of VHCURES, and data release.

  • Such aggregate data may be published in accordance with all other Tier 0 data, as determined by the Data Governance Council.
