Data Governance. The Equipment governed by this Rental Agreement may be equipped with a wireless data communication system or similar system. In such case, Customer understands data reflecting the machine performance, condition, operation, and other information is being transmitted to WSECO and Caterpillar, Inc., to better serve the Customer and to improve upon WSECO’s and Caterpillar, Inc.’s products and services. Upon entering this Rental Agreement, Customer agrees to Western States Date Governance Statement, as set forth at Western States Terms & Conditions | Western States Cat, and the Caterpillar, Inc. Data Governance Statement, as set forth at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/en/legal-notices/data- governance-statement.html, each as amended from time to time.

Similarly, the provided solutions shall import Traffic Data System data from other common/industry-standard Traffic Data System data formats. Surface and survey control data shall be exportable to common/industry-standard surveying devices and machine-controlled construction equipment. Similarly, the provided solutions shall be able to import surface and survey control data from common/industry-standard surveying data formats.
Data Governance. All data will be stored in accordance with requirements as outlined by respective Indigenous community research protocols, the Queen’s General Research Ethics Board and the Research Ethics Board of each Principal Investigator’s home institution. Data generated for A SHARED Future will be used to advance understandings across our program and project questions, goals, and objectives. Data will also be used to identify further research opportunities and questions, and to support recommendations for policy and procedural changes. Thus, it is encouraged, but not required, that data sharing agreements within Projects (through free, prior, and informed consent with research participants) be accessible to the Programmatic Steering Committee for secondary analysis. In accordance with the tenets of community-based participatory research, the Programmatic Steering Committee supports a data dissemination program predicated on transparency and the involvement of all research partners. The results of this work will be disseminated widely through traditional academic channels including peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and teaching environments as well as more accessible channels such as social media, photography and videography, reporting on A SHARED Future’s website (xxxxxx.xxx/x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx/) and open- access publications. Program staff will notify all Programmatic Steering Committee members of new opportunities to share our research findings via our bi-monthly update. All Programmatic Steering Committee members are also encouraged to share this information widely across their respective networks.
Data Governance a. In the course of providing the Services, Kronos may collect, transfer, store and use Customer Data, as defined in the Agreement. For these purposes, Customer Data may be transferred to or made accessible to (i) Kronos personnel as is required to perform the SaaS Services in accordance with the Agreement and in accordance with applicable data privacy protection laws; (ii) third parties (including, but not limited to, courts, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities), where required by law, provided Kronos will provide reasonable notice to Customer prior to any such disclosure if legally permissible and (iii) to the extent Customer purchases UKG Pro Benefits Administration, PlanSource Benefits Administration, Inc. solely for the purposes of providing UKG Pro Benefits Administration hereunder and in accordance with the standard SaaS environment, security set up, and other policies and procedures of PlanSource Benefits Administration, Inc. and not those of Kronos.
