Data Pack definition

Data Pack means, in respect of a Product, a data pack containing such of the technical information listed in Exhibit 12 (Data Pack Requirements) that is in the possession of the Supplier’s Group, that is not in the possession of the Purchaser’s Group, and that is required to accomplish the technical transfer of such Product.
Data Pack means the data pack dated 16 June 2010 containing certain information relating to the Group (documents 8.4 to 8.12 in the Data Room);
Data Pack means documentation created that supports each sample collected and sent to the laboratory for testing to include, but not limited to, any and all chain of custodies, manifests, worksheets, testing data including repeat testing, calibration data, quality con- trol data, final report to customer, and any document created or re- ceived for that sample from time of receipt to disposal of sample.

More Definitions of Data Pack

Data Pack means all information and Documents provided by or on behalf of Health as part of or in relation to the RFT Process:
Data Pack means the data pack dated May 2010 containing certain information relating to the Business and made available by the Seller to the Purchaser;
Data Pack where you prepay an amount, which gives you access to data in addition to the data allowance of a Mobile Plan or Wearable Plan. You must have an active and current Mobile Plan or Wearable Plan to purchase and use a Data Pack. A Data Pack cannot be added to a Konec Starter 90 Plan. (i) You can only have one Data Pack on your Mobile Plan or Wearable Plan Service at any one time. (ii) If you have a Mobile Plan with a Data Pack and then purchase another Data Pack, any remaining data in the first Data Pack may be eligible for Data Banking Mobile Plan (for more information see clause 13 of these terms and conditions). (iii) If you have a Wearable Plan with a Data Pack and purchase another Data Pack, any remaining data in the first Data Pack will be forfeited and not refunded.
