Data Room Material definition

Data Room Material means (x) the written information given by the Seller to the Purchaser (including its Affiliates, directors, employees, advisers or other representatives) prior to September 26, 2008 as specified in the data room index on Schedule1.18, and reproduced on two CD-Roms prepared by the Seller of which the Parties have taken one copy each, and (y) the information included or referred to in, or attached to, the disclosure letter attached as Schedule 1.18(a).

Related to Data Room Material

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

Certain exclusions from fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.

  • Company Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.
