Data Subject Right definition

Data Subject Right means any right afforded to a Data Subject under Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
Data Subject Right means a Data Subject’s right to access, delete, edit, export, restrict, or object to Processing of the Microsoft Personal Data of that Data Subject if required by Law.

  • Inkit shall, to the extent legally permitted and to the extent Inkit is able to identify that the request comes from a Data Subject whose Personal Data was submitted to the Services by the Customer, promptly notify the Customer if Inkit receives a request from a Data Subject in relation to the exercise of any Data Subject Right (“Data Subject Request”).

Data Subject Right means a right conferred on a data subject by or under Part III,

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
