Data Submitters definition

Data Submitters means: (i) those entities and/or organizations required to report healthcare claims information to the APCD pursuant to the Act; and(ii) Connecticut state agencies, hospitals, the United States Census Bureau, governmental payers, such as Medicare and Medicaid, and any other third parties who submit healthcare claims information to the APCD.
Data Submitters means an individual or Central Reporter that transmits dispensation data to the Data Collection module. Data Submitters are responsible for dispensation data and zero report submissions to Data Collection.
