Data Submitters definition

Data Submitters means: (i) those entities and/or organizations required to report healthcare claims information to the APCD pursuant to the Act; and(ii) Connecticut state agencies, hospitals, the United States Census Bureau, governmental payers, such as Medicare and Medicaid, and any other third parties who submit healthcare claims information to the APCD.
