Database Content definition

Database Content means the databases of text, sequence records and related information exported or downloaded from the Subscription Services.
Database Content means data and information (especially but not limited to datasets, LCA-Models, impacts, libraries) held by or stored in the Database that is made available to the Client by Sphera. Database content does not include data and information of Client.
Database Content has the meaning given to that term in the second paragraph of the Agreement.

Examples of Database Content in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the Subscription Term, Formatted Reports that contain less than 5,000 records of processed licensed Database Content may, however, be used, and in this case edited, by employees, contractors, agents and/or collaborators of Customer and/or employees of Affiliates authorized by Customer to use such Formatted Reports who are not Users.

  • All right, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Database Content and search results provided under the Service are owned by Licensor or its suppliers, as applicable.

  • For the purpose of clarity, search results containing any Database Content from the Service is not considered Customer Data.

  • If the Company fails to pay any taxes when due to the appropriate taxing authority or fails to remit to the Administrator, for the account of the respective Banks, the receipt required by clause (x) above or certificate required by clause (y) above, the Company shall indemnify each of the Banks for any incremental taxes (excluding franchise taxes and taxes imposed on or measured by any Bank’s net income or receipts), interest or penalties that may become payable by any Bank as a result of any such failure.

  • The CDX Application and the Database Content that is available as part of the CDX Service.

  • CTXCIE may reject or refuse to use, distribute or display any Database Content that it considers to be defective, libelous, inaccurate, incomplete or that violates, misappropriates or infringes any rights of any third party.

  • Reports or any other products produced utilizing or derived from Database Content.

  • Subscriber or any User may submit any property descriptions, photographs, images, financial, transactional, tenant, contact or other information, "listing content" or "Database Content", to the CTXCIE unless User has legal rights to publish, advertise and distribute that information.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Customer Content means all data, text, images, sounds, computer programs, photographs, pictures, illustrations, designs, icons, articles, audio clips, trademarks, logos, and video clips and any other information that is uploaded by or for the Customer in connection with use of the Services, and is owned by the Customer and/or Users including invitees of the Customer.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;
