Date of Completion of the Works definition

Date of Completion of the Works means the date certified as such in the Completion Certificate in accordance with Clause 5.21.3 [Completion of Works].
Date of Completion of the Works means the date certified as such in the CompletionCertificate in accordance with Clause 22.1.
Date of Completion of the Works means the date certified as such in the Completion Certificate in accordance with SSC, Annexure-IV.

Examples of Date of Completion of the Works in a sentence

  • If the Contractor fails to Complete the Works in accordance with the Contract so that the Date of Completion of the Works has not occurred within the Time for Completion, then the Contractor shall pay or allow to WAPCOS Limited Liquidated Damages for such default for every day which shall elapse between the Time for Completion and the date stated in the Completion Certificate as being the Date of Completion of the Works.

  • Liquidated Damages If the Date of Completion of the Works or a Stage has not occurred by the Date for Completion for the Works or the Stage, the Contractor must pay liquidated damages at the rate specified in the Contract Particulars for every day after the Date for Completion until the Date of Completion or the Contract is terminated, whichever is first.

  • Use of documents, information and communication with the media3.7.1 Any specifications, plans, drawings, or any other documents issued by or on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Works shall remain the property of the Authority and shall be returned to the Authority on the Date of Completion of the Works.

  • Defects Liability Period The period which commences on the Date of Completion of the Works or a Stage and which continues for the period specified in the Contract Particulars, as extended by clause 9.11.

  • At any time prior to the Date of Completion of the Works or the last Portion to reach Completion (but without limiting clauses 8 and 13.3) the Principal's Representative may issue a document titled "Variation Proposal Request" to the Contractor, which will set out details of a proposed Variation that the Principal is considering.

  • The Contractor shall execute and complete the WUC at its cost in a proper and workmanlike manner and to a standard consistent with best industry practice and in accordance with the Contract and Contract Documents and shall be solely liable for the care of the Works, temporary works, materials and constructional plant until the Date of Completion of the Works in their entirety.

  • Defects Liability Period The period which commences on the Date of Completion of the Works or a Stage and which continues for the period specified in the Contract Particulars, as may be extended under clause 9.11.

  • The Completion Date is the Date of Completion of the Works as certified by the Employer in accordance with Sub Clause 38.1. The Contract is the Contract between the Employer and the Contractor to execute, complete and maintain the Works.

  • The Contractor must maintain the insurance policy referred to in clause 7.1.1 until the Date of Completion of the Works in their entirety and must maintain the insurance policy referred to in clause 7.1.2 until the end of the Defects Liability Period.

Date of Completion of the Works means the date certified as such in the

Related to Date of Completion of the Works

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.
