Date of Final Approval definition

Date of Final Approval means the date on which the Court enters an order granting final approval to this Settlement Agreement, pursuant to Rule 23(e) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as provided in Section II(G)(7) below.

Date of Final Approval means the date on which Final Approval as provided for in Section II(E)(9) occurs.

More Definitions of Date of Final Approval

Date of Final Approval means the date, following the Court’s entry of an order granting final approval of this Agreement pursuant to Rule 23(e) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as provided in Section 6 of this Agreement, on which that order becomes final either because no timely appeal is taken or the order is upheld on appeal and no further appeal is possible.
