Order Granting Final Approval definition

Order Granting Final Approval means the order entered by the Court approving the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement, including the manner and timing of providing Notice and certifying a Settlement Class.

Examples of Order Granting Final Approval in a sentence

• On the date and time set by the Court, the Class Representatives and Tyco shall participate in the Final Fairness Hearing and will reasonably cooperate with one another to obtain an Order Granting Final Approval, with Class Counsel, on behalf of the Class Representatives, expressly moving for Final Approval.

• Any award of attorneys’ fees, costs, or expenses, under the Order Granting Final Approval or such other order of the Court, shall be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund by the Escrow Agent, after production to the Escrow Agent of a copy of the order.
