Day Case Procedure means a Medically Necessary surgical procedure for investigation or treatment to the Insured Person performed in a medical clinic, or day case procedure centre or Hospital with facilities for recovery as a Day Patient.

Contested case means a proceeding defined by Iowa Code section 17A.2(5) and includes any matter defined as a no factual dispute contested case under 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1202, section 14.
Bankruptcy Case has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).
Business Case means the written reasoning behind the initiation of a Procurement Project, prepared in the form set out in Part 1 of the Procurement Project Plan at Appendix A of the Procurement Project Planning Protocol.
Day care facility means a child care facility that includes a day care home, preschool, child care center, school-age program or other facility of a type determined by the secretary to require regulation under the provisions of K.S.A. 65-501 et seq., and amendments thereto.

Contested case hearing means a proceeding before the Authority under the Administrative Procedures Act when any of the following contests an adverse determination, action, or as it relates to an MCE enrollee, an adverse benefit determination:
Poverty line means the poverty line established by the director of the United States office of management and budget as revised by the secretary of health and human services in accordance with section 673(2) of the "Community Services Block Grant Act," 95 Stat. 1609, 42 U.S.C.A. 9902, as amended.
Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.
Transaction Category means the particular type of repurchase transaction effected hereunder, as determined with reference to the term of the transaction and the categories of Securities that constitute Eligible Securities therefor, which term shall include FICASH I Transactions, FICASH II Transactions, FICASH III Transactions, FITERM I Transactions, FITERM II Transactions, FITERM III Transactions, and such other transaction categories as may from time to time be designated by the Funds by notice to Seller, Custodian and Repo Custodian.
Chapter 11 Case has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Step-In Date means 5 Business Days after delivery of a Step-In Notice;
Applicable Business Day Convention means the “Business Day Convention” which may be specified in the Final Terms as applicable to any date in respect of the Instruments. Where the Final Terms specifies “No Adjustment” in relation to any date, such date shall not be adjusted in accordance with any Business Day Convention. Where the Final Terms fails either to specify an applicable Business Day Convention or “No Adjustment” for the purposes of an Interest Payment Date or an Interest Period End Date, then in the case of Instruments which bear interest at a fixed rate, “No Adjustment” shall be deemed to have been so specified and in the case of Instruments which bear interest at a floating rate, the Modified Following Business Day Convention shall be deemed to have been so specified. Different Business Day Conventions may apply, or be specified in relation to, the Interest Payment Dates, Interest Period End Dates and any other date or dates in respect of any Instruments.
Federal poverty level means the poverty guidelines published annually in the federal register by the United States department of health and human services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, Public Law 97-35, 42 USC 9902.
Preceding Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be brought forward to the first preceding day that is a Business Day;
Step-Down Date The earliest of the Distribution Date in [MONTH/YEAR] or any succeeding Distribution Date on which the following conditions are satisfied as of the last day of the month preceding such Distribution Date:
Banking Day Financial Centre means the Banking Day Financial Centre as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.
Business Day Convention means the first following day that is a Business Day unless that day falls in the next calendar month, in which case that date will be the first preceding day that is a Business Day.
Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Following Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be postponed to the first following day that is a Business Day;
