Accounting Standard means GAAP.
auditing standards means auditing standards as defined in National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards;
Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;
Decision means a determination, action, vote, or disposition upon a motion, proposal, recommendation, resolution, order, ordinance, bill, or measure on which a vote by members of a public body is required and by which a public body effectuates or formulates public policy.
Applicable Accounting Standards means Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States, International Financial Reporting Standards or such other accounting principles or standards as may apply to the Company’s financial statements under United States federal securities laws from time to time.
Accounting Standards means the standards of accounting or any addendum thereto for companies or class of companies referred to in section 133;
Servicing Standards As defined in Section 3.01(a).
Recommendation means any change to a security’s price target or other type of recommendation in the case of an equity Covered Security, or any initial rating or rating change in the case of a fixed income Covered Security in either case issued by a Research Analyst.
Underwriting Standards As to each Mortgage Loan, the Seller's underwriting guidelines in effect as of the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan.
Building Standard means the type, grade, brand, quality and/or quantity of materials Landlord designates from time to time to be the minimum quality and/or quantity to be used in the Building.
Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.
Australian Accounting Standards means the accounting standards made by the Australian Accounting Standards Board in accordance with section 227 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth).
Board of appeals means the local board of appeals as created by local ordinance.
Servicing Standard shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement. The Servicing Standard in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall require, among other things, that each Servicer, in servicing the Mortgage Loan, must take into account the interests of each Note Holder.
International Accounting Standards means the accounting standards approved by the International Accounting Standards Board from time to time.
Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.
Generally accepted auditing standards means Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards as adopted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants applicable as of the date on which such record is kept or required to be kept in accordance with such standards.
Independent Safeguarding Authority is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Home Office set up under the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 and which is responsible for the decision making and maintenance of two lists covering the children’s and vulnerable adults’ sectors
Consenting Stakeholders has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);
CPUC Decisions means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000 and any other existing or subsequent decisions, resolutions or rulings related to resource adequacy, as may be amended from time to time by the CPUC.
Appeal Board means the State Charter School Appeal
standards of generally recognised accounting practice means an accounting practice complying with standards applicable to municipalities or municipal entities as determined by the Accounting Standards Board
market surveillance authority means an authority of a Member State responsible for carrying out market surveillance on its territory;
International Financial Reporting Standards or “IFRS” means the accounting standards issued or endorsed by the International Accounting Standards Board.
