Declaration of Accession means a declaration, in the form provided for in Attachment 2 to this PCA, signed by a Party in order to join this PCA.

Related to Declaration of Accession

  • Deed of Accession means a deed of accession to this Agreement in the form attached as Schedule 1 (Deed of Accession) hereto;
