Declared emergency definition

Declared emergency means a public health emergency, pursuant to the Emergency Health Powers Act, P.L. 2005, c. 222 (N.J.S.A. 26:13-1 et seq.), or a state of emergency, pursuant to P.L. 1942, c. 251 (N.J.S.A. App.A.9-33 et seq.), or both, or a state of local disaster emergency that has been declared by the Governor and is in effect.
Declared emergency means any incident or situation declared to be an emergency by executive order of the Governor, or a county judge/executive, or a mayor, or the chief executive of other local governments in the Commonwealth pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapters 39A to 39F;
Declared emergency means any period of time during which an emergency has been declared in all or part of the City of Guelph under Section 4 or 7.0.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.

Declared emergency means any incident or situation declared to be an emergency,
