Decommissioning Date definition

Decommissioning Date means the date that Decommissioning of the Facilities commences. “Decommissioning Completion” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.2.1. “Decommissioning Date Notice” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.1. “Deemed Decommissioning Date” shall have the meaning given that term in Section 3.1.2.
