Decommissioning Programme definition

Decommissioning Programme means the programme for decommissioning the Works, to be submitted by the Licensee to the Licensing Authority under section 105(2) of the Energy Act 2004 (as amended);
Decommissioning Programme means the programme for decommissioning the relevant object, to be submitted by the Company to the Secretary of State under section 105(2) of the Energy Act 2004 (as amended).
Decommissioning Programme means a programme approved in accordance with clause 13 to provide for the removal and disposal of Joint Property and performance of the obligations and liabilities associated with facilities not wholly removed.
