DECRA Recipient definition

DECRA Recipient means a researcher awarded Xxxxx under the Discovery Early Career Researcher Award scheme.

  • This may include teaching relief for personnel covering the absence of the DECRA Recipient.

  • If, at any time during the term of the Project, a Fellow or DECRA Recipient relinquishes, or is no longer able to continue their Project, Funding for the Project will be terminated, including any PDRA or PGR components (if adequate supervision is not available for the PGR).

  • If a CI, Fellow or DECRA Recipient changes their organisation and the ARC’s approval is not given for arrangements for the continuation of the Project and the continued administration of the Funding, the Project may be terminated and any unspent Funds recovered by the ARC.

  • The Administering Organisation must ensure that a DECRA Recipient is entitled to take up to two weeks paid partner/parental leave at the time of birth or adoption to the partner/parent who is not identified as the primary caregiver during the course of the DECRA.

  • For the purposes of clarification, accommodation and living costs for the DECRA Recipient in the field would be considered Field Research costs.

  • The following conditions must be met but are not exhaustive:  A DECRA Recipient must be an employee at the Administering Organisation for the duration of the Fellowship (subsection D7.2.1 of the Funding Rules).

  • As described in subsection D7.2.9 of the Funding Rules, a DECRA Recipient may spend up to 0.2 (20 per cent of Full Time Equivalent (FTE)) of her/his time annually on teaching activities.

  • If a Laureate Fellow, Future Fellow or DECRA Recipient undertakes additional employment including receiving a salary from another body during the Project Activity Period, under extenuating circumstances the ARC may allow the Project to continue so that any students funded by the Project can complete their studies.

  • If a CI, Fellow or DECRA Recipient does not undertake assessment of the assigned Proposals within a period specified by the ARC the Administering Organisation will be considered to be in breach of this Agreement.

  • As stated in subsection D7.2.6 of the Funding Rules, the DECRA may be converted to (or from) part-time at any time to enable the DECRA Recipient to continue to fulfil family and/or carer responsibilities, or with the approval of the ARC to pursue exceptional research opportunities, provided that the DECRA does not exceed six years from the date of commencement (excluding any approved periods of suspension and/or maternity and/or partner/parental leave).

  • Sub-Recipient means a partner, joint venturer, director, employee, agent and subcontractors of a Recipient to whom a Recipient must disclose Confidential Information.

  • Data Recipient means the party (being either the Association or #[Party 2], as appropriate) to whom Data is disclosed;

  • Award Recipient means the person, entity or entities that are to receive or have received grant funds through an award from the Illinois State Board of Education. The terms "grantee" and "award recipient" may be used interchangeably.

  • Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.

  • Designated recipient means a person chosen by a user using an online tool to administer digital assets of the user.

  • Payment Recipient has the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.12(a).

  • Grant Recipient means the national government or a national government entity authorised to control or spend money under this Act or an incorporated or unincorporated body not otherwise authorised to control or spend money under this Act;

  • Subrecipient means a non-Federal entity receiving an Award from a Recipient to carry out part of a Federal program. The term does not include an individual who is a beneficiary of such program.

  • Information Recipient has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Primary recipient means any recipi- ent which is authorized or required to extend or distribute Federal financial assistance to another recipient.

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

  • Grantee means the Party receiving funds under this Contract. May also be referred to as "Contractor" in certain attachments.

  • Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FIT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;

  • Alternate Recipient means any Child of a Participant who is recognized under a Medical Child Support Order as having a right to enrollment under this Plan as the Participant’s eligible Dependent. For purposes of the benefits provided under this Plan, an Alternate Recipient shall be treated as an eligible Dependent, but for purposes of the reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA, an Alternate Recipient shall have the same status as a Participant.

  • Recipients has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Recipient means (a) the Administrative Agent, (b) any Lender and (c) any Issuing Bank, as applicable.

  • The Consultant s Personnel’ means any person instructed pursuant to this Contract to undertake any of the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract, including the Consultant’s employees, agents and sub-consultants.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.
